Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Efham.ai websites, member platform, courses, community, messaging, AI assistant, and subscription services. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

Provide accurate, current information, use one account per person, and protect your password and sessions. You are responsible for account activity unless caused by our failure, and must promptly report unauthorized use.

We may require one-time-code email verification. You may also sign in with Google; authentication then also depends on your Google account, and we may require profile completion and acceptance of these Terms before full access.

The service may offer free and monthly or annual paid plans. Price, features, currency, and billing cycle are shown before purchase. Pricing may differ between Egypt residents and international markets, and residence plus verification signals may be used to prevent pricing abuse.

Taxes or payment-provider charges may apply where required. Launch or founding-member pricing is subject to displayed eligibility, duration, seat limits, and offer terms, and may end or change for future purchases. We do not guarantee an offer beyond its published conditions.

Stripe processes card payments and recurring subscriptions. By enabling auto-renewal, you authorize collection of the displayed price at each renewal until cancellation. Manual Instapay payments require proof review and approval and do not auto-renew.

The system permits one entitled subscription per user; renewal or a plan change supersedes the prior subscription. Expired manual subscriptions may continue through a system-configured grace period, then revert to free if renewal is not approved. Dates and status are shown in the account.

You can cancel auto-renewal in subscription settings. Access normally continues through the current paid period; choosing an immediate downgrade to free ends paid features immediately. Deleting the app or not using the service does not automatically cancel a subscription.

No fixed general refund window has been verified. Refund requests are subject to the policy disclosed at checkout, payment-provider terms, and mandatory rights under applicable law. Do not assume an undisclosed refund period. Send requests with the transaction reference to support.

Courses, videos, quizzes, materials, and marks owned by or licensed to Efham.ai remain protected. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use content for learning within the service while access is available.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, publish, scrape, share accounts or protected links, or bypass video protection, download controls, or access limits. A subscription does not transfer ownership of content.

You retain your rights in posts, comments, media, and messages you create. You grant Efham.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, technically copy, display, and distribute that content within the service as needed to operate it and surface public posts within it.

You represent that you have necessary rights and permissions and that your content does not violate law, privacy, or intellectual property. Users may report content, and we may review, restrict, or remove it and act on an account, considering context and applicable law.

Nagaty is an educational aid and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Verify outputs and do not treat them as medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, or use them for high-stakes decisions without a qualified expert.

The feature may have usage quotas and size, context, or rate limits, and models or availability may change. Do not submit secrets or another person's data without authority; you are responsible for reviewing and using outputs.

The service may send in-app, web-push, or email notices about account, security, learning, community, and subscription activity. You can manage most preferences and unsubscribe from marketing, but necessary transactional, security, or account messages may continue.

Do not use messaging for spam, harassment, or fraud. Direct messages are not end-to-end encrypted and may be subject to limited review as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may not impersonate, harass, threaten, post unlawful, harmful, hateful, or exploitative content, infringe others' rights, collect their data without permission, or distribute malware or spam.

You may not test vulnerabilities without permission, bypass authentication, limits, or quotas, disrupt the service, use automation or scraping that harms the service or users, or evade payment, pricing, review, or moderation controls.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account or content for breach, security or fraud risk, legal obligation, or to protect users and the service. Where appropriate, we will consider severity and provide notice or an opportunity to cure.

You may cancel a subscription or request account deletion. Termination may end access to paid content and account data, while legally or security-required records may remain. Provisions on ownership, liability, and accrued rights survive where their nature requires.

Some features depend on services such as Google, Stripe, Anthropic, GIPHY, and third-party links or content. We do not control their services or terms, and linking does not endorse all third-party content.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features and plans to maintain the product, security, or viability. We aim for reliable availability, but maintenance, outages, or external constraints may occur, and uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

The service and content are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those expressly stated and do not guarantee a particular educational, employment, or business outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Efham.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or lost profits or data that were not reasonably foreseeable. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, and mandatory consumer rights remain effective.

No specific business jurisdiction has been verified in project records. These Terms therefore remain subject to applicable mandatory laws, with disputes brought before competent courts under those laws, after a reasonable attempt at direct resolution where appropriate.

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and effective date and give appropriate notice of material changes. If you disagree, stop using the service and cancel renewal before the change takes effect where available.
